[Global] forced shutdown impact on refueling outage

DC Cook had a forced shutdown during our refueling cycle with an upcoming outage in October.  We had searched for OEs but were unable to locate any.  We are wondering if other plants have had similar situation and what learnings can we take away.  Was there an impact on dose rates during the outage?
