Salem Generating Station is looking to improve its process of investigating Electronic Alarming Dosimeter (EAD) alarms. We wanted to align with industry best practices.


·         What is your process for investigation when an EAD alarms? Who, what, where, when, etc.?


o   Do you perform investigations by tribal knowledge, or do you have a procedure for guidance?


§  If you have a procedure, can you provide it?


·         Do you trend your EAD alarms? If so, how and on what frequency? Is this proceduralized? Can you provide a document or report of you EAD alarm trending?
