What does your daily ‘POD’ Dose Report look like?


1.       How do you break down the actual dose?

2.       Do you track actual dose against estimates, goals, or both?

3.       Do you use earn v burn curves?

4.       How many files are attached to your report (in other words, how many files are the building blocks of the report you show management)?

5.       Do your reports generate automatically or do you create them by hand?

Obviously, many of these questions can be answered by sending a copy of your report. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
