[Global] Daily 'POD' Dose Reports

What does your daily ‘POD’ Dose Report look like? See attached Exelon Procedure


  1.  How do you break down the actual dose? By Department
  2.  Do you track actual dose against estimates, goals, or both? Yes see attached
  3.  Do you use earn v burn curves?  No
  4.  How many files are attached to your report (in other words, how many files are the building blocks of the report you show management)? ?
  5.  Do your reports generate automatically or do you create them by hand? Manual, with some links from other file(s).
