What does your daily ‘POD’ Dose Report look like? See attached for Online Daily POD


  1.  How do you break down the actual dose?
     *   Online:  By Department, Actual Dose ≥ 5 mR, Estimated Dose ≥ 5 mR, Weekly/Monthly/Annual Trend
  2.  Do you track actual dose against estimates, goals, or both?
     *   DCPP tracks actual dose against estimates and goals (see attached)
  3.  Do you use earn v burn curves?
     *   No.  We only publish estimate/actual dose data.
  4.  How many files are attached to your report (in other words, how many files are the building blocks of the report you show management)?
     *   Online – One PDF Document
  5.  Do your reports generate automatically or do you create them by hand? Manual, with some links from other file(s).
     *   Online – Automated.
