[Global] Guide Card Wear Measurements

Good morning,
Westinghouse will be performing guide card wear measurement inspections during our spring outage. Since this is a first time performance of this here, we would greatly appreciate any ALARA plans, contingency plans, post job critiques, and lessons learned.
