[Global] Dose Estimate by Outage Window

Yes. Palo Verde estimates dose by RWP and sums these estimates for daily estimates. The daily estimates are included in outage communications for each outage window and for the outage as a whole. Station communications associated with outage CRE performance focuses on ALARA performance in the current outage window as well as performance versus the outage goal to date based on the end of outage goal.
