[Global] Benchmark for Radworker Lanyard Card

Salem does not have a lanyard card – some of these items are on the trip ticket but am interested in if you need help developing one.

To better explain the need, this is a card that anyone can use to understand RP requirements and expectations for working inside the RCA.  This could be something like utilize Low Dose Waiting Areas, RP Technicians are needed to release items from the RCA, Ensure you have the correct brief and RWP for entering HRA/LHRA, etc
