We use paper logs due to our homegrown survey software, we are going to VSDS in the future.  Our safety department justifies ventilating all confined spaces, they fail conservative on everything.

What survey management/schedule system are other plants using? We're using the VSDS scheduler, MT is using a homegrown spreadsheet.

How is your station justifying ventilating confined space areas for worker comfort (i.e. when it isn't driven by radiological or an alarming 4 gas monitor).
