Hi!  Hope all is well....


1.       How many plants out there have a MAP process? DC Cook's definition of the MAP process is intended to identify and implement dose reduction ideas and techniques at a lower dose thresholds, typically 50 mrem.  The focus of this process is to look at work that is conducted during non-outage periods to include pre/post outage activities.  This process also provides an opportunity to evaluate the potential effects on the departmental monthly dose budget.
