  1.  Are the front line craft supervisors knowledgeable of all daily dose projections for their crews?
     *   Yes, it is communicated by the first line supervisors to the ALARA group the day prior to the work being performed.
  2.  Are Department Managers knowledgeable of their departments daily dose projection?
     *   Yes it is sent to the Manangers each day. Managers are required to discuss daily dose goals of 5 mrem or greater at their morning alignment meeting.
  3.  Are Craft worker knowledgeable about what their daily dose goal is?
     *   Yes, there are informed by their first line supervisor and must communicate it to RP during their RCA access
  4.  Do senior managers, VPs and executives knowledgeable about daily, weekly or monthly dose projections?
     *   Yes it is reported out by the Plant Manager every Tuesday to the Executive Leadership Team

I have been asked to evaluate worker engagement on all levels regarding daily dose projections. If you could please answer the following questions, it would be much appreciated.


  1.  Are the front line craft supervisors knowledgeable of all daily dose projections for their crews?
     *   If, yes how? Report? Dose Advocate, RP tells them?
     *   If, no why? Is it tracked weekly, monthly, yearly or not at all?
  2.  Are Department Managers knowledgeable of their departments daily dose projection?
     *   If, yes how? Report? Dose Advocate, RP tells them?
     *   If, no why? Is it tracked weekly, monthly, yearly or not at all?
  3.  Are Craft worker knowledgeable about what their daily dose goal is?
