Beaver Valley will complete a dosimetry inconsistency form for each individual.  Depending on the urgency of the response this will be started prior to RCA entry or after the response is complete. Survey data will be used to develop an access control record which will be entered into HIS-20.

ALL, here are a couple questions I need help with:

  1.  What is your protocol for inputting RCA Entry Data for first responders, who bypass the electronic RCA access control system and are issued "Grab and Go" SRDs.
  2.  Do you have a special RWP/Task or Work Order combination to use when entering entry data?
  3.  Or does the entry data get entered in the most appropriate RWP/Task or Work Order Combination as deemed by RP Management.
