[Global] WOT sign-offs

Hi, hope this email finds everyone healthy...


Just wondering how many plants out there actually assign an RWP and dose estimate to Work Order Tasks (WOT)? If your one of the plants that do (DC Cook does), do you have any validation among technicians or do you have an independent review of the WOTs to ensure the RWP or the dose estimate assigned to that WOT is correct?  Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.  IF your plant has a procedure/guideline covering this task can you please share that information as well.
