I need a fast response to an action. Any help or procedure would be appreciated.

  1. When or do you write a Condition report or Action report on a dose estimate that has been exceeded? 10% - 15% - 25% over?
  2. If you do, what is the criteria? All dose estimates? Or > 25 mrem? Or > 100 mrem?
