We down post our containment (ANO PWR) during outages so currently our Escape hatch is posted for access to a Radiation Area

How do you post the emergency escape hatch for the Containment / Drywell during refueling outages?  We, Nine Mile Point (BWR), keep our drywell posted LHRA during our refueling outages, so we had flashing lights and LHRA posting with camera monitoring remotely, but an NRC inspector challenge this manner.
