[Global] [External] Outage Stretch Goals

Erin,  Beaver Valley currently uses a Business Plan Goal, Station Goal, and a Stretch Goal.   Stretch Goal is developed from a variation using our outage goal setting procedure,  historical date and projected RCS clean-up.  The stretch goal is then presented to the Site ALARA Committee where they either approve as presented or disapprove and set a goal as they see fit.

Millstone is looking to find out if your site has an outage stretch/challenge goal?  If you do, is there a certain percentage of your dose goal that you use to get it.

INPO stated that ~10% would be adequate, but wanted a comparison.
