[Global] SPOT the Robotic Dog

At Seabrook we purchased the robotic dog some months ago. We have considered using it for some our boric acid inspections during our upcoming refueling outage. We have yet to use it, but other sites in our fleet have reported success for some of their inspections in LHRA's.
