[Global] N95 Fit Test

Jonah,

Callaway has a mask policy and everyone on site is required to wear one.  We just went through our last outage with this requirement in place.  We did not mandate N95 masks, we mandated some type of mask that is equivalent to a surgical mask.  The site provided surgical masks for personnel to wear, including in the RCA.
There are N95 masks here to wear if people want to wear them, however they are wearing them under the voluntary provision in the regulation, no fit test or medical evaluation required.

We did end up with some positive cases at site but with the contract tracing here on site and quarantine measures we were able to work the outage with minimal disruption.

We also did test every contractor when they arrived on site for COVID as a stipulation of access.  They had to test negative prior to receiving a badge.

Just wanted to get a quick opinion and see what everyone else is doing out there when it comes to using the N-95 mask. We are going down that road, and it seems to be driving us to perform 2000 fit test for our next outage.
