[Global] Dry Cask Dose Allocation

Thanks folks. We have a hybrid setup -Units 1&2 share a pool, Unit 3 has its own. U1&2 casks are a mix of fuel from each unit so we split that dose for CRE, but Unit 3 dose all goes to that unit. Our Poobahs on the SAC were curious as to how the rest of the industry counts it.
