[Global] Dry Cask Dose Allocation

Here at Calvert we have a shared SFP.  So when reporting ISFSI dose we divide the dose evenly between the units.

At Turkey Point Nuclear we are a dual unit site that has two separate SFP's that are not common.

We assign our dose by each unit during dry cask campaigns.
