[Global] Reactor Head cleaning

All,
DC Cook is benchmarking the industry to determine the best practices for deconning/cleaning the Reactor Head.  Residual water left on the head has caused concern for "relevant conditions", requiring NRC relief requests, inspections, and CO2 cleaning.  Does anyone decon/clean the Reactor head, and if so, what method do you use?
