[Global] Member Update on website

[HOWARD David (Framatome)]

We have finished our summer meeting and need to update both the global email list as well as the member list.  Please review your site and let me know who needs to be removed and added.  I know our industry has had a lot of people retire and transfer over the last few years.  I would like to go into the winter meeting with an accurate list.
