[Global] RHR bay clean area release?

At Surry, both our RHR pumps and Heat Exchangers are inside containment and our containments stay contaminated.

Salem is looking to bench mark if any other PWRs release their RHR bays as clean areas following the outage?  Salem currently leaves the RHR pump/HX rooms as CAs at all times, but are looking to see what others do.
