We use the MaxAir PAPH at GE.  I like them.  The hoods are pretty easy to don/doff without assistance.  The helmets are comfortable and seem to have a good range of sizing to fit everyone.  The biggest con I'd say is the helmet fan tends to rattle/vibrate which can be a little annoying for a longer jump.  Otherwise they seem pretty well made overall and have lasted over heavy usage with what I would call normal wear and tear and expected maintenance.
