[Global] Stud Hole 34

Westinghouse is looking to fix Stud Hole 34 on the reactor flange. WBN is looking for any OE, ALARA plans, post job reviews, best practices that any sites would be willing to provide so we can enhance our ALARA plan and RWPs prior to performing this work.
