[Global] Micro ALARA Plans

Good morning / afternoon!!

I (Salem Generating Station) am performing an informal benchmark on the use of Micro ALARA plans during an outage.  My questions are:

1)   What is your magical number at which a MAP is required to be written?

2)   Do you have the ability to write a waiver to keep from having to write the MAP?

a.   What criteria is used to waive this?

3)   How do you track the dose for these?

4)   Are there any additional briefings the folks who would have been on a MAP that has been waived?

a.   How do you ensure they are aligned with the requirements of performing the work in the RCA?

5)   When do you implement the use of an access list?

If there is any documentation that you could share with our station I would greatly appreciate it.
