[Global] [EXTERNAL] Setting your Reactor Head

Oconee is planning to use a Spot robot in the refueling canal (cavity) in place of a person during head lift/set evolutions in our upcoming outage. Prior to this a human observer has been used.

Who is able to set their Reactor Head remotely using cameras, and do not have people in the cavity?
