[Global] RCA Evacuation / Accountability

Salem RP is looking for help from the industry regarding Containment accountability during outages.  There are numerous work groups on multiple elevations inside the Containment building at any given point during an outage.

If Containment needed to be evacuated how would your site ensure that all people had exited in a timely manner?
Do you have a procedure that dictates this process?
Do you have a special system for accountability purposes?
