[Global] ALARA Program QA

All,
I am looking to see what the industry best practices are for the following areas.


  1.  Frequency of conducting Station ALARA Committee or ALARA Review Committee meetings,
  2.  Threshold for ALARA Review Committee review of work activities (STP is currently at 5 Rem, but looking to evaluate to 1 Rem),
  3.  Quorum requirements and expected participants for ALARA Review Committee Meetings.

Also, if you can share you ALARA program procedure it would be much appreciated.
