[Global] Electronic Dosimeter Alarm Study/Presentation

We are seeking any studies or reports that may have been done on dose-rate alarms (< 100mrem/hr) that reported higher than actual.  We have heard there may be one where an electronic dosimeter was exposed to a dose-rate rapidly, and the recorded dose-rate was 30% or more recorded in the dosimeter.  If there is a study/presentation or something similar we would be interested in reviewing the study results.  Thank you.
