[Global] [EXTERNAL] RP Tech Staffing

Waterford 3 has yet to completely staff for DFS project and we were only 65 percent staffed during our spring outage during RFO24.

Does anyone have NISP qualified RP Techs I could contract to complete my outage staffing?  Our contractor is unable to fill our request.  Let me know if you might be able to help out.  With the decreasing contractor numbers, this might be the next option for the industry.
