[Global] Dry Cask Campaign Exposure

NUHOMS with 32 assemblies around 75-120mr per cask.

NUHOMS/EOS with 37 assemblies is an entirely different animal.  More like 500- 700 mr per cask.  We managed 411 mr on our last EOS cask.  Also depends on the number of RCCA's they put in there.  They cause a significant increase in the dose rates.
