Like Surry, the 2017 campaign at DB used the NUHOMS 32 and we used the  EOS37TPH for 2019. It would be difficult to lay the difference in dose results at either the canister design differences or the difference in fuel energy. 2019 was certainly far more challenging.

Davis-Besse's last dry cask campaign was in 2019. We loaded 8 casks with average of 44.61 KW. Average was 612 mRem. We installed an additional 5 shielding packages for 2019 than previously. From what we observed, dose rates are not linear as the energy level goes up. We were seeing up to an order of magnitude greater dose rates than we saw in 2017 depending on the survey points. Our 2017 campaign averaged 22.3 KW and 142 mRem for 4 casks.
