At Braidwood we track and bin emergent dose monthly. We ID similar to you as well. If a dept dose zealot misses a monthly task/estimate that gets shown as emergent as well. Do carve out 10% of monthly estimate for emergent. Total for year shown below. Happy Holidays, Thx Joe

How do you determine if something meets the criteria to classify as emergent exposure?  Here at Surry we generally go with anything that is a sudden broke/fix (work resulting from a CR), or a routine PM that resulted in a significant expanded scope due to component as found condition.  Do you have a planned budget for your emergent dose and track it or do you just roll it in with the rest of your expected exposure?
