[Global] Lowest EOS Cask load

Looking for who has the lowest EOS style spent fuel cask load.  Also, what was the kw rating and did you have RCCAs in the can as well. If so, how many?

I know Davis Besse did a 45kw load for 406mr in 2019. Pretty darn good.  Looking for folks who managed to get into the 300's. Especially if you also had RCCAs in the can.

We are finishing up our third can today. A 38 kw load with 28 RCCAs in it. Expect to come in around 380mr.
