[Global] [External] Cameras In CTMT at power

Callaway has some cameras in the RCA for ops to monitor oil levels in the RHR room so they do not have to enter the room.  ALARA measure.
We have none in CTMT during normal operations.  We do not use cameras to look for smoke etc as far as I know.
