DC Cook is reviewing our hot spot tracking program and would like to do some benchmarking with other sites.  Can you please provide feedback regarding the following questions:


  1.  How do you define a hot spot?
  2.  Do you track hot spots in a separate data base or other method?
  3.  How often do you review your hot spot data?

To provide some background, DC Cook recently identified that our Technicians were inconsistently recording Hot Spot information in their surveys.  We decided to do further investigation to determine if there is a better way to record and use this information.
