[Global] [EXTERNAL] Reactor Head Lift

Kevin,
     At Catawba we post our ladder that accesses the Shallow End of the cavity LHRA and post RP guards as the Reactor Head is being lifted to the Head stand which we post as LHRA. We also clear out non-essential personnel. Then once the head is on the stand which is locked and posted LHRA we go back and de-post the ladder that accesses the shallow end once it is filled with refueling water.

At Braidwood we evacuate all essential personnel from the refuel floor. We post all access points and stage a RPT/guard at each as well to control access........Thx Joe
