At Surry I usually have one extra person to support with briefs and trending surveys on dayshift for outages.  No additional on-line support. I have a team of four including myself.  We do have an SLR group for license renewal projects which is one full-time person and two part-time people.  They work out the dose estimates and required RP involvement for those projects. I take care of the RWP's and Risk Plans. Last outage the SLR projects received around 12 Rem of exposure (multiple projects).  The ALARA group also has to provide full-time OCC support for outages on days and part-time support for outages on nights. As well as supervise and manage all decon activities.
