[Global] PAPR Usage

Similar to other answers, MPS takes the approach of wearing PAPRs until we can verify conditions.

Good morning,
I would like to know if you require the use of PAPRs for cutting out and welding  lines < 1 inch in diameter? I am specifically talking about an RCS sample line. Thanks for your response in advance.
