[Global] Specimen pull from Reactor

I believe we did this in the spring on U2.

Framatome performed the removal work along with the rest of their normal refuel work with no issue.  We sent it over to the SFP during the outage and Westinghouse came in after we were online with a special shipping cask I believe and loaded it into the cask in the SFP.

No issues with either portion of the work.
