At Callaway we utilize a specific RWP for the visitor and the escort to use.  It is based on the NISP procedure.  The escort signs the visitor request form that acknowledges their responsibilities of being the escort.  The visitor also signs the form acknowledging their responsibilities.

Jonah it isn’t a perfect process but I can send you the documents if you would like them.
