Team:

DCPP also utilizes a generic work order for the Fire Brigade Folks (FBF).

  * At DCPP FBF are a separate group from Ops and have their own generic order.
  * We have had instances though separate from FBF where people sign in to the incorrect work order.
  * Some course of actions will be to communicate via line management to help coach or report it to POD meetings should it impact our exposure reporting adversely. Normally communication via line management will solve the issue.

Good afternoon, All,

I have been tasked to see how other plants tracks dose of their fire brigade folks. Here at Calvert, we use a generic work order for the Fire Brigade folks to sign in when needed. The issue is our brigade folks are our operation folks also and will sign in using the generic WO for fire brigade duties and then instead of signing out to do their Operations activities they just logged in on that WO.
If you plant tracks their dose differently and if it works for you, could you share on how you do it?

Thank you ahead of time and have a great weekend

Stay Safe
