[Global] Fuel Leaker Benchmark questions??

Hi!  Hope everyone is having a great summer.

We at DC Cook have a current fuel leaker in one of our units. We would like to perform a quick benchmark of other sites who may be dealing with something similar or have gone through an outage with one. Below are a few questions. Thank you for taking time to answer these questions.

Failed Fuel Benchmark questions:


  1.  Have you experienced an outage after you ran a cycle with a fuel leak?
  2.  What were your biggest take-aways from the outage?
  3.  Did you have a documented plan with actions?
  4.  Do you have a good RP contact that could assist with more questions?
