[Global] [EXTERNAL] Outage PCEs

Bobby,
              Nine Mile Point is one level 1 PCE per day, and zero level 2/3 PCEs. Last unit 1 outage was 3 level 1 PCEs total. No PCE reduction plan but focus discussion at pre outage challenges.

   Wolf Creek had 35 PCEs last outage (a reduction of 19 from previous outage).
Currently targeting 25 or less this outage.
