[Global] Cobalt reduction

Greetings from Sequoyah,
Do any of you have info to share on your organization's Cobalt Reduction Program?  Curious about the program, primary stakeholders, who own it, who sponsors it, results good or bad, difficulty getting non-stellite replacement components, etc.  Any documentation would be appreciated.
