[Global] RCP Impeller Replacement

Hi Adam,

We exchanged a RCP impeller in our last refuelling outage (Feb/March 2023). We had historical data from 2012 and 2016 to compare and prepare. since we are also an 1190 MW(e) 4 loop Westinghouse SNUPPS hopefully the information should be quite comparable.

Happy to share the ALARA plan, RP checklists, photos and surveys and post-outage ALARA review if anything helps.

Salem just performed an RCP internals swap this past fall,

We also did 6 total removal/replace of RCP internals in 2014-2019 time frame.  I would be happy to share what I can with you.

Is anyone scheduled to replace an RCP impeller in the spring or fall of this year? Has anyone performed this recently that can share ALARA Planning?

There is discussion of replacing one here at Callaway in April 2025. The historical data I'm pulling from is from 1996.
