[Global] Urgent- Moving Upper Internals over a stuck head stud

Greetings!
I was wondering if anyone has O.E. including expected dose rates,  total exposure and any pertinent ALARA considerations for lifting Upper Internals over a stuck Reactor Head stud.
Any information would be very much appreciated!
