All,
We are changing our work control process, and I wanted to include approval levels based upon Dose projections.  For example, ALARA tech, approves up to 5mrem, ALARA Supervisor Approves up to 20 mrem, RPM approves up to 50 mrem and ALARA Committee Chair approves greater than 50 mrem.  Do you have something similar in your work control process, if so can you please share your form and limits?
