[Global] Method for annual review

Looking for non-Duke input on this one please. What does your utility/site do to meet 10 CFR 20.1101(c)?  "The licensee shall periodically (at least annually) review the radiation protection program content and implementation."

Do you perform self-assessments only or use another form of reviews? Do you take credit for NRC inspections, NOS audits, or any specific site/program evaluations? What level of detail do you take it to?
